You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact our support team at luxeheatstyler@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with the return address and full instructions.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or full refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used personal-care items.
All promotional discounts (including sales and seasonal offers) are eligible for returns, unless specifically marked as final sale.
