Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Times

Once processed, orders typically arrive within 5–9 business days depending on your location and carrier transit times. Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather delays, customs processing, or carrier issues.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, unforeseen delays may occur. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please verify all shipping information before submitting your order. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
